About

Gillian Maxwell builds revenue infrastructure. Not just pipeline, not just closed deals, but the systems, relationships, and playbooks that let a sales org grow past what any one closer can carry alone. That’s the thread running through a career spent scaling sales teams and territories from the ground up.

She got her start in legal and sales at Aubin Robinson & Associates in Wellington, FL, while earning her B.S. in Commercial Entrepreneurship at Florida State University. That early grounding shaped how she’d approach every sales role after: not as a closer chasing a number, but as someone building the systems and relationships that let a team keep winning after she moved on. From there, her doors kept opening to collaborate with people and companies that shared a winning and tenacious spirit. At TripAdvisor, she graduated valedictorian of her Account Executive class. At DME Capital, she grew her sales skillset directly under Mitchell and Alex Ekdeshman. At GDS Group, she was nominated for Rookie of the Year and began her journey within the events industry.

After selling events in 13 industries at GDS, Gillian entered her most recent chapter at Fever for Business. She led North America as the company’s top global performer, connecting enterprise deals across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Australia for brands like Microsoft, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Armand de Brignac, Jimmy Choo, Charles Schwab, the City of Toronto, Microsoft, Fidelity, the LA Lakers, and the Detroit Lions, and helping power activations at Art Basel, the Super Bowl, and more. With multimillions in closed revenue, gross margin, and P&L coverage, her numbers look like an outlier until you see the track record behind them. Each stop added a layer: individual contributor, team builder, market leader.

Ask her about the deal and she’ll give you the numbers. Ask her about anything else and you’ll get the real range: fabulosity, culture, food, and travel. She ran her own fashion blog before her sales career took full focus, and that eye for taste and story still shows up in how she builds relationships and tells a brand’s narrative today.
